OGO Properties is a wholly-owned subsidiary of YJ Cyprus Universal Investment Ltd. YJ Cyprus is focused on the development and construction of art-based urban development projects, resort hotels, art-themed apartments, and detached villas in Cyprus. YJ Cyprus can trace its roots back to the Lek Yuen Group, a Hong Kong domiciled real estate development group that has pioneered large-scale urban development projects in China for more than 30 years. Lek Yuen has built projects in the provinces of Jiangsu, Shandong, Hainan, Yunnan, and Hong Kong.
